Supply and Delivery of Computers

Background

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds to be used towards finance
for the supply and delivery of above named items.

Instructions

Eligible vendors are now invited to participate in this solicitation by
following the instructions below;

1) You are required to comply with below eligibility requirements;

a. Submit business registration certificate

b. Submit valid tax clearance certificate

c. Accept payment after delivery of goods/services

d. Show proof of having supplied similar ICT equipment with at least a value
proposed in your quotation or higher (share past orders or contracts, minimum
3 references required)

e. Indicate your delivery period but should not exceed 14 days from contract
award date.

f. Warranty coverage should be minimum 12 months

2) The closing date and time of submitting fully costed quotation shall be
Thursday 16th July, 2020 on or before 1200hrs.

3) Your quotations should be addressed to the National Procurement Officer,
SOS Zambia, PHI Office, Lusaka and must be deposited in the tender box located
at the front office.

NO ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION WILL BE ALLOWED.

4) The quotations shall be rejected or contract terminated if any illegal or
corrupt practices will be observed having taken place in connection with this
transaction.

Intel Core CPU, 4 – 8 GB RAM, 500GB HDD, or better Windows 10 pre-installed

36 x HP Desktop Computers

HP 290 micro tower

4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, Intel Core CPU, Windows 10
