# Job Description


SKYVIEW CHEMICALS T/A SPECTANK ZAMBIA

Skyview Chemicals Limited is a wholly Zambian citizen-owned company
incorporated and established in July 2014 in Lusaka, Zambia. The company’s
registered business trading names are Spectank® Zambia and Skyview
Cleaning Services . The company is the license holder and exclusive national
distributor of Spectank® products.

We are the exception supplier of Bakery, Kitchen, Laundry, and Workshop,
Toilet, Drains, and General Purpose Chemicals.

Your duties will include but not limited to the following

Responsibilities

1. Identification of new customers and profiling
2. Customer account Management
3. Managing customer complaints
4. Undertaking customer after sales service
5. Performing sales demonstrations of existing products and new ones
6. Delivering monthly sales targets
7. Reporting to Sales Manager

Experience & Qualifications

1. Minimum Grade 12 School Certificate
2. Must be a recent graduate from a recognized learning institution.
3. Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing/ Chemistry/ Public & Environmental Health/ Chemical Engineering or related field
4. Good communication Skills
5. Willingness to Learn.
6. Attention to detail.
