Job Description

> Crafting and implementing HR policies, procedures and systems
> Crafting and updating employee contracts of employment
> Recruitment, Selection and Induction of employees
> HR Budgets, Plans and Calendar of events
> Coordinating and facilitating training and development programmes
> Coordinating and facilitating performance management systems
> Handling the company’s labour matters
> Ensuring harmonious industrial relations
> Proper Grading of employees
> Staff welfare

Job Requirements

> Minimum of a Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations
> Certificate or Diploma in Labour Relations or Labour Law
> At least 4 years experience as a Labour Officer in the Government
> Extensive knowledge of Zambian Labour Laws
> Highly energetic and passionate individuals who can work under pressure
> Driver’s License essential
