Vonse Classy is seeking a qualified Retail Sales Associate to work in its
boutique located in Lusaka.

Requirements and Attributes including but not limited to

> Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
> Maintains a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting the store’s commitment to our customers.
> Highest degree of personal independence, integrity and honesty and must have the initiative to get things done.
> Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
> Strong IT and social media marketing skills
> Solid communication and interpersonal skills
> Excellent telephone etiquette
> Ability to work as part of a team.
> Customer service focus
> Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings and weekends.
> Time Management and Problem Solving
> Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

Education and Qualifications Required

> Minimum Full Grade 12 certificate

Experience

> At least 1 years’ experience in the sales and marketing field
> Experience of working in a boutique is an added advantage.
