Zenith Pipes Limited is a Company specialized in the manufacturing of High
quality traditional and polyethylene (HDPE) pipes & supplying of fittings, we
are looking for a competitive and performance-oriented individual to fill the
Production Manager vacancy.

Responsibilities of the job include

> planning and organizing production schedules
> assessing project and resource requirements
> estimating, negotiating, and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients and managers
> ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
> determining quality control standards
> overseeing production processes
> re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
> selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials
> organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
> liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
> supervising the work of junior staff
> organizing relevant training sessions.

Key Skills, Qualification, and Experience

> Technical experience in a Plastic (PVC or HDPE) manufacturing industry
> Advanced Diploma/Degree in Project management.
> Organization and efficiency
> Leadership and interpersonal skills
> Problem-solving skills
> IT and numerical skills
> Communication skills
> Teamworking skills.
> More than 5 years’ experience in a similar industry
> Must also be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines.
