We are Looking for an Accounts Assistant – Administration, to perform office
support duties

The ideal candidate must have essential skills, like

> Ability to work independently as well as with a team and follow instructions.
> Excellent communication skills.
> Fluency in English; excellent written and oral communication skills, including facilitation and cross-cultural communication.
> Strong analytical, and critical thinking, problem-solving skills.
> Ability to operate basic Office machines
> Must be hard working and treat work with care

Duties and Responsibilities

> Sorting and maintaining filing systems
> Checking and comparing data for accuracy and completeness
> Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
> Crafting and updating employee contracts of employment
> Recruitment, Selection and Induction of employees
> HR Budgets, Plans and Calendar of events
> Coordinating and facilitating training and development programm
> Proper Grading of employees
> Staff welfare

Requirements

> Must be familiar with computers and Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Access)
> Must have Full Grade 12 certificate
> Must have Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
> Work Experience in Human Resource position would be an added advantage.
> Candidate must live within.
